What AI automation services do you offer?
Three steps, in this order. The Free AI Profit Assessment names one manual process and what it costs you. A Starter Build automates that one process in two weeks, from €1,000 excl. BTW. An AI Operating System connects several automations across a team and is priced per project on the value it creates. The processes owners bring most often (see what gets automated) are quotes and order confirmations, invoice chasing, email triage, export documents, retyping between systems and weekly reports.
Do you work with companies outside Leeuwarden?
Yes. TwinScale AI is based in Leeuwarden, and most of the work runs remotely by video on your own tools, so a company in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht or Eindhoven gets the same process, price and timeline. On-site visits for the kickoff or the handover are by arrangement. German companies are served remotely, in English.
Why is there no fixed price for the AI Operating System?
Because its value depends on how many hours it removes in your company, and nobody knows that before measuring. We measure first, on the call and in a Starter Build, then price the project against the yearly value. The price is fixed in writing before work starts and does not move during the project.
What if the automation doesn't work?
Then you don't pay the second half. A Starter Build is paid 50% at the start, and you pay the second 50% only when the automation runs as agreed in writing. What runs as agreed means is written down before we start: the input, the output and how we test it together.
We tried AI before and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?
Most AI attempts stall because they depend on someone remembering to use a tool. A chat tool waits for a person to open it; an automation runs by itself every time its trigger happens, such as a new invoice or a new quote request. We start with one process, measure it before and after, and only add the next one once the first runs.
Who maintains it if we don't have technical people?
Your team never touches code. A Starter Build comes with 14 days of fixes after handover and a one-page guide: how it runs and what to do if it stops. An AI Operating System comes with 30 days of support after delivery. If you want someone to keep improving it, the AI Growth Engine is an optional monthly partnership, never a condition.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Calls, proposals and handover documents are in English. The automation itself can still write to your customers in Dutch or German if that is what they expect.
What happens to our data?
Where possible the automation runs on your own machine or your own server, so your files and customer records stay where they are. Only the text a single step needs goes to an AI model. No new service receives your data without your written OK, and you can see where every piece of data goes. The privacy policy has the details.
What happens on the call?
30 minutes on video, in English, and you don't need to prepare anything. You tell me which part of the week feels most manual, I ask how it runs today, step by step, and we estimate the hours together. You leave with one process named and measured, and a straight answer on whether it is worth automating.
