Background
Both parents ran businesses for over 25 years. Growing up, I watched them deal with the same problems most SME owners face: too many manual processes, too little time, operations that could not scale without adding headcount.
I studied 100+ books on business, management, and systems design. The core principle kept repeating: every business is a collection of systems, and every system is built from workflows. Optimize the workflows and you change the business.
For the past two years I spent 6-7 hours daily testing, breaking, and rebuilding AI tools across 27+ platforms. Not as a hobby. To find what actually delivers measurable business value vs. what looks impressive in a demo and falls apart in production. That is the work that informs every client engagement.
No traditional development background. What I have instead: two years of hands-on experimentation, a bias toward results over complexity, and a methodology for translating business problems into automation systems that work.
