How it works
The skill runs in two parts. First, it asks you about 20 questions about your company, your customers and your goal, so everything it builds afterwards fits your business. Then it walks you through building the four parts of the system, one at a time, and checks each part with you before it moves on.
The input
One list of companies, kept in one file. That file is the single source of truth for everything that follows.
The process
It filters out the sectors you never contact, removes duplicates, reads each website for one real observation, and finds the right person.
The output
It prepares email drafts that you approve and a LinkedIn page with one card per company, so every morning takes about twenty minutes.
The report
It marks what you sent, writes one follow-up after seven days, and gives you one number every week: conversations.
Install it in two minutes
Pick the version of Claude you already use. When it is installed, type "Set up my outreach system." and the interview starts.

- Open Settings, then Capabilities, and turn on code execution and file creation.
- In the Skills section, click Upload skill and choose
outreach-system.zip. - Start a new chat and type the sentence above.
Claude Code
- Unzip the file.
- Copy the
outreach-systemfolder into~/.claude/skills/, or into.claude/skills/inside one project. - Start Claude Code and type the sentence above.
What it will never do
These rules are written into the skill itself, because they are what keep your name and your accounts safe.
- It never sends an email. It writes drafts, and nothing goes out until you read it and press send.
- It never invents a fact. Every observation comes with the exact sentence from the company's own website. When a website gives nothing specific, the company is dropped.
- It never uses bots on LinkedIn. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits bots that add contacts or send messages, so the skill builds the page and you do the clicks.
- It never writes more than twice. One email, one follow-up in the same thread, and then it leaves the company alone.
